CROZ is working with a variety of technologies, vendors, and products. You don’t need to have deep technical knowledge because we always work in teams and we have our tech geniuses eager to share their knowledge, but we do expect the basic technical background and motivation to keep track of all the changes in the IT industry and our offerings.
Sales @CROZ is not cold and repetitive calling the customers and selling products. We have a well-established network of clients and partners worldwide. You would be part of a team handling complex projects with our key clients and at the same time doing new business development.
Although we love to spend our working hours in coffee shops, we must be honest, there is a lot of hard work too. Writing proposals with tight deadlines, administration work, contracting, negotiations with customers and partners, and a lot more.
Marketing and Sales are like „Love and Marriage.“ You can’t have one without the other. It means you will be included in different creative local and worldwide campaigns and events. Occasional travel is also possible (at least we hope). Any marketing skills are additional bonuses.
You can work from home, in our offices in Zagreb, Rijeka, Zadar, or wherever you prefer, we are flexible. But at the same time, we love to spend time together and cherish our team culture. After all, you would be joining a team of serious pranksters and jokers where the “freshest” has been with us for 8+ years. So we are doing something good. 🙂
