- Responsible for the development of custom applications using a rich Microsoft technology stack
- Design business processes and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and various Azure cloud services
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of Mircosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades
- Perform solution testing of configurations and customizations
- Collaboration with an experienced regional team
